Racflow is a SaaS platform providing AI-powered chatbot management and WhatsApp integration via Meta's Cloud API.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Ensuring their use of WhatsApp messaging complies with Meta's Commerce and Business Policies.
• Providing accurate information during registration.

4. Meta Integration

Our service utilizes the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. By using the Embedded Signup feature, you agree to grant us the necessary permissions to manage your WhatsApp Business Account solely for the purpose of operating your chatbots.

5. Limitation of Liability

Racflow and its operator (MOULAY RACHID ELALAOUI) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or any disruption in Meta's API services.
